PROGRESS
For patients and our users,
we want to be a driving force of medical and technological progress in gynecology.
Delmont imaging’s values are based on 3 fundamental pillars which constitute the company’s philosophy and guide its daily actions.
For patients and our users,
we want to be a driving force of medical and technological progress in gynecology.
With our partners and collaborators, we are developing trust and proximity in relationships.
We cultivate this open atmosphere that encourages the emergence of new ideas and allows the dynamic development of our company.
Every year, our environmental, societal and ethical commitments are measured.
This is a great way to ensure that our corporate philosophy is based on tangible realities.
We have conducted a certification process with Ecovadis, which annually evaluates the CSR performance of over 85,000 companies. In 2023, we received the platinum medal placing us among the top 1% of assessed companies in our category. We are supported on a daily basis in improving our procedures in favor of ever more sustainable and ethical practices.
We are committed to La Maison des femmes Marseille Provence which is a unique place dedicated to women in need or victims of violence.
La Maison des femmes Marseille Provence is first and foremost the answer to a damning observation: in France, 93,000 women are victims of rape or attempted rape every year and 220,000 women are victims of domestic violence.
This commitment is for us a concrete and pragmatic solution to specific problems, which particularly affect women in situations of high insecurity and to which larger medical structures cannot respond.
This association that we support is a non-governmental organization composed of doctors and midwives concerned about women health in countries where medical and social insecurity still exist.
GSF’s actions concern the education of populations, the training of professionals and the care provided to populations. The frequency and severity of problems affecting women (maternal mortality, AIDS, gynecological cancers) require the expertise and action of specialists, hence our presence among other NGOs.
As preserving our planet health also figures on our priorities, we decided to support an organization engaged for the environment. To be more specific, Bloom Association works every day for the preservation of submarine ecosystems and a better management of funds and employment in this sector.
To promote biodiversity, we sponsor beehives with the apiaries of Fontblanche, a beekeeping operation, located in the commune of Roquefort-La-Bédoule (13), between Gémenos and Cassis, in the forest of Fontblanche.
Our suppliers comply with all applicable laws, adhere to ethical business practices and meet our values in terms of work, health, safety and environment. They are selected according to their ability to produce components of excellent quality, with punctual deliveries and competitive prices.
In 2023, more than 50 suppliers and subcontractors engaged in our daily business are located in France.
In this responsible approach with our partners, we use Ecovadis services to improve our supply chain and optimize our purchasing practices in a responsible way.
Every year, we offer our employees and business partners comprehensive training programs to promote their development and thus optimize their well-being in the company as well as the quality of service delivered to our customers. We encourage our employees to learn about environmental issues so that they feel capable questioning and taking appropriate initiatives in their position.
We offer wages and benefits that are not lower than the minimum wages established by law or in the practice of the company and the working hours are in accordance with the legal working hours of the country in which we operate.
In addition, we demand equal opportunities and treatment for our employees.
We are committed to the health of our planet as much as we are committed to the health of women. We believe that any successful business strategy must be developed with a long-term perspective, particularly in medical devices and, as such, must incorporate sustainable development requirements.
This is why we initiated an ambitious environmental management system and received international ISO 14001 certification from AFNOR in August 2024. Thanks to this proactive approach, we intend to reach our various environmental goals and place our company on a sustainable growth path.
The head office of Delmont imaging is located in an enterprise area in La Ciotat having the double AFNOR certification unique in Europe: AFAQ ISO 14001 Environment and AFAQ ISO 50001 Energy.
Our building built in 2022 meets all the requirements of Positive Energy Building: presence of biosourced materials corresponding to the «1st level» of the biosourced label; products and building materials, wall or floor coverings, paints and varnishes labeled A+, 40% of construction waste is recycled…
We are part of the Phoenix Program which advocates the optimization of flows in a circular economy approach, which allows us to implement small daily actions to contribute to a more virtuous whole: total traceability of collected waste; the use of waste management systems to reuse materials; the use of certified packaging (FSC) or the end-of-life recovery of plastic into unique new products that are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable.
